The Language! provides intensive reading instruction for students significantly below grade level. It helps students make rapid gains in reading and writing.
Language! is based in literacy research. It reflects the Reading First Initiative. Language! is comprehensive, providing explicit, direct instruction in six areas of language arts: phonemic awareness and phonics; word recognition and spelling; vocabulary and morphology; grammar and usage; listening and reading comprehension; speaking and writing.
